I/We ________________ ______________, s/o______________ _____________, Proprietor/Partner/Power of Attorney (in the case of minors) ______________________ __________________ of the firm/individual applicant M/s. _________________ ___________________, hereby affirm that the contents of my/our application dated _________ ________, is/are in terms of the Memorandum No.____ _________ _________ dated _____ ______ of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, Mumbai, regarding the allotment of PEE export quota for the year 2000 and that they are complete & true/correct in all respects. The power-loom permit(s) acknowledgement(s) attached with this application is/are in my name and/or in the name(s) of my family member(s)/partner(s) of the applicant firm. I/We hereby affirm to abide by all the terms and conditions set out in the said Memorandum, as amended from time to time.

It is also clearly understood by me/us that if the contents of or the averments made in the accompanying application for PEE 2000 export quota are found to be not true/correct and/or that if there are any discrepancies in the application/documents/affidavit submitted by me/us or if facts obtained during any inspection carried out at the instance of the Textile Commissioner or otherwise are found to be at variance with the contents of the application/documents/affidavit, my/our application shall be summarily rejected or quota allotted thereunder to me/us, if any, shall be cancelled/recalled, in addition to any other legal action that may be taken against me/us, under the appropriate law(s) inforce. I/We, further undertake that in case of such cancellation of quota, I/We, shall surrender such of the quota as might have been utilised by us and/or pay the penalty, as deemed fit, in lieu thereof.
