MEE SYSTEM ANNEXURE - IV

(As specified in Sr.No.6 of annexure - I)

1 . The value of this machines shall be as defined in para 3(IV) of this memorandum and shall be in lakh rupees.

2 . (I) Please give the sub-total of I to III (spinning), the sub-total of IV(weaving), the sub-total of V(knitting), the sub-total of VI(processing), sub-total of VII(stitching), the sub-total of VIII affluent treatment plant and air pollution control equipments) & the sub-total of IX & X (state of art processing machinery for cotton, synthetics, woollen & worsted fabrics & the state of the art effluent treatment plant), XI sub-total of other equipments and machines, as per list thereof in annexure-II.

  a). Thereafter please give the sub-total of XII any other machines as per the lists thereof in annexure-II.
  b). At the end, please the grand total of I to XII, as per the lists of the machines in annexure-II.
  c). Please give the details of the leased machine(s) separately.
  d). Machine should be as per annexure-II.

3 . This statement should be duly certified by a Chartered Accountant/Chartered Engineer and Chartered Cost & Works Accountant and also countersigned by the Managing Director/Director/Authorised Signatory, as the case may be. This annexure should be completely and clearly typed except for the signatures.
