Ans. Abrasions and other such damages are caused mainly due to the following reasons:
Mechanical wear and tear during production
Adhesive's action
Solvents action

If the damage is quite clear this can be due to:
poor adhesion of the finishing little scratch fastness of the finishing weak grain leather

Solutions
